What is SKD and CKD?

My fellows:

Do you know what is CKD and SKD? If you are the fellows engaged in International trade business,you'd better know the global trading conditions.You know,Nowadays more and more developing country request to do SKD especially in South America,Africa and so on developing country.

What is CKD?

Obviously, CKD is the abbreviation of Completely Knock Down.

CKD is a proper logistic name to import goods by completely spare parts, the importer OEM these spare parts with low custom tax and low labor salary,and sell with low competitive price.

What is SKD?

SKD is the abbreviation of Semi Knock Down.

During the international trade process,especially the international car trading business,the exporter separate the goods and export the product by SKD, and the Importer OEM these parts and resell in their domestic country.
